Advertisement «Royal Burger» has become our first video in a series of commercials on the subject of food (more on these videos here). It was necessary to make a hamburger and its components look flawless. Not many people know that in such commercials were often used not the most appetizing, and sometimes even inedible «additives»: everything, so the food would look beautiful! Therefore, we asked for the help of food stylist — a man who knows how to turn any product into a star of advertising.

The first frame — and immediately juicy and tasty burger appears. It took a lot of effort to create a masterpiece. Thus, each sesame seed had to be glued to the bun. Drops on tomato slices — are from glycerol, which, unlike the water doesn’t dry that quickly and due to a viscous consistency does not drip down from the vegetable. To make Ketchup and mayonnaise look accidentally leaked from filling burger, it was necessary to carefully squeeze them by hand, using a syringe, and the entire structure inside was maintained still with a toothpicks.

To archieve this delicious look, cutlets were coloured before the shooting.

In order to find the perfect bun for filming we had to look through more than 20 «candidates». Turned out it’s a daunting task to pick a lettuce leaf — vegetables from the store were not suitable for such an important role, so the crew had to go to the greenhouse to find a perfect lettuce.

Shooting of 16-secondclip took about 4 days, of which one day was left for the shooting of the frame right before the packshot, where ketchup, mayonnaise and mustard layer by layer were poured on a roll. A complete video production (along with the preparation for filming and post-production) took two weeks.
